We offer our basic annual program which consists of the following: - 3 granular fertilizer applications of which 1 includes a grub control blended with the fertilizer
- 2 liquid weed control applications
- 1 liquid spring pre-emergent with fertilizer
- 1 liquid fall pre-emergent with fertilizer
- We include grub control as part of our basic program
If you have a problem with your lawn, we deliver a 48-hour response time to perform an on-site inspection to begin resolving the issue, at no charge! We offer these additional services to control pests and other issues that can prevent your lawn from being thick and healthy:
- Core Aeration Our aeration service removes small plugs of dirt so that water and roots travel deeper into the soil. This service reduces soil compaction which is very prevalent in the North Texas area. This service should be performed at least once every 3 years as a preventative treatment, usually in the fall season.
- Fire Ant Control Our one time application is guaranteed to control fire ants for the entire year. We use TopChoice made by Bayer, the best product available to control fire ants, which are a painful pest if you have small children and/or pets.
- Grub Worm Control Grubs are an annual problem that is treated during the early summer months as part of our basic program. Grubs will feed on your lawn's roots during the dormancy season and you won’t notice the damage until spring; by then it's too late. This control treatment can significantly reduce the chance of grub damage to your lawn.
- Rye Over-Seeding Some homeowners prefer a green lawn all year, this is achieved by applying rye seed in the fall.
- Fungicide Treatment Lawns can develop fungus problems due to excessive moisture in the summer months. The problem is most commonly caused by watering too frequently or from non-porous soil. We can help reduce the problem by treating the lawn with a fungicide application.
- Ornamental Bed Treatments We offer a pre-emergent treatment for weeds in your landscaping. This treatment is performed 2 times a year and will have a significant impact on the weed activity in your landscaping.
- NEW Organic Top Dressing We offer a pelletized organic compost material that provides added microbial benefits that many lawns are lacking. In addition, it helps the clay soil to become more absorbent so water can move easier through the clay soil.
